To provide a safe space where all members of the community can engage in social, recreational and professional Arts-based activities, for enjoyment, amusement, education, and creative expression.

To build upon values that lead to personal and community development and growth. To provide the community of artists and cultural workers a space to develop and showcase their work.

To further the cultural and economic growth of the City of Welland, and the greater Niagara area.
